Directions: Shake bottle before each application. Spray enough Freeze-Eaze™ to coat the entire area of pain or discomfort. Thoroughly massage into skin and allow it to dry (should take less than 30 seconds). Re-apply every 4-6 hours, or as necessary. Wash hands after application.
